Our story.

13 Weeks to Wellness was built upon friends trying to help one another achieve great things. Many of us have the motivation, drive, and proper mindset to accomplish these seemingly immense tasks, but some of us are simply missing the map of how we get there. The goal of this program is to not only provide that map, but also the proper keys and tools in which to chart your own maps into the future. At the end of this 13-week course, you will have gained the skills necessary to put together basic fitness routines for any skill level you may be at, no matter your physical location or accessibility of equipment.

“After being on a two-year weight loss journey and having lost 90 pounds through diet I found myself hitting a wall. Despite the significant loss I became disheartened as I reached a standstill in reaching my weight loss goal of 100 pounds. As I discussed this with a good friend it turned out he had prior experience in exercise training and agreed to help me reach the next level in my wellness. He asked me to give him 13 weeks and from there this program was born.
 
#13W2W took me from a completely sedentary lifestyle to working out 3-4 times per week. It enabled and challenged me to do things I never thought I was capable of. As the weeks went by I found myself being able to walk for longer, faster and further, lift more and heavier, and most importantly able to do day-to-day tasks with greater ease.

Starting with something most all of us can do with ease, we will slowly work our way towards more dynamic movements and ultimately learn how to combine these activities for the most efficient, fun, and safe weekly routines month to month, year to year.

Coming from a background in exercise science and once holding an ACE certificate for personal training, Brian is forever researching the latest methods, science, and compound movements in order to keep up with his little boy.
