13 Weeks to Wellness was built upon friends trying to help one another achieve great things. Many of us have the motivation, drive, and proper mindset to accomplish these seemingly immense tasks, but some of us are simply missing the map of how we get there. The goal of this program is to not only provide that map, but also the proper keys and tools in which to chart your own maps into the future. At the end of this 13-week course, you will have gained the skills necessary to put together basic fitness routines for any skill level you may be at, no matter your physical location or accessibility of equipment.

The guiding principle behind 13 Weeks to Wellness is accountability. We as individuals possess immense power to forge lasting and powerful habits through simple biological hacks built into our D.N.A.
